Ettore Sottsass Jr.BD BARCELONA
Mettsass designed by Ettore Sottsass Jr. for BD Barcelona is a part of the art editions collection. The structure is made of flat sheets of steel, painted in red. The glass is painted in the same color as the structure. In the '70s, Sottsass created many designs for BD Barcelona. One of the first was this table christened with the name "Mettsass", which records back to 1972. The table Mettsass has not lost its character which Sottsass designed 40 years ago. BD Barcelona has kept the structure with the same dimensions and colors.
